Appraisal Institute Legislative Day 2026
Join us in Washington, D.C. in conjunction with LDAC for two days of making your voice heard as we shape the appraisal profession. During Legislative Day, you'll have the opportunity to:
✔️ Engage directly with Capitol Hill staff on critical public policy issues affecting appraisers, including appraisal waivers, hybrid appraisals, property data collectors, appraisal management companies, and more.
✔️ Advocate for meaningful change that supports and strengthens the appraisal profession.
✔️ Network with peers from across the country and build lasting professional connections.
Course - “Reporting Market Analysis and Better Understanding the New URAR” - 4 Hrs CE Credit, Virtual/Synchronous Seminar with Instructor Mark Smeltzer, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS
Held consecutively on March 16 with the other URAR Companion Course - “Supporting Adjustments and Reporting the Sales Comparison Approach in the New URAR.” Students may choose to take one or both classes.
